Lockdown Sealant is a post- removal lockdown sealant solution. It is is premixed and requires no dilution. It is essential for use during the mandatory sealing of asbestos fibers and dust after removal or building demolition. 811LS goes on white and dries clear and the 812LS goes on white and dries white. The translucent white finish provides visual tracing of application coverage. Sentinel Lockdown sealant is NOT a bridging or penetrating encapsulant and should not be used to encapsulate Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) in place. Previously called Sentinel 811LE and 812LE Lockdown Encapsulant.

PRECAUTIONS AND LIMITATIONS:
Follow all Local, State and Federal Regulations concerning the abatement, removal and disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM.)
Wear PPE appropriate for the asbestos hazards of the job site. Sentinel Lockdown is not a bridging or penetrating encapsulant and should not be used to encapsulate Asbestos Containing
Materials (ACM) in place. For encapsulation as an abatement method, use Sentinel BPE Asbestos Bridging & Penetrating Encapsulant.
Do not allow product to freeze.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Mix thoroughly before using. Sentinel 812LS is ready to use and should not be diluted. Apply with an airless sprayer to all exposed surfaces prior to post-removal air monitoring. Allow to dry.
Apply to sheeting prior to dismantling containment. Allow to dry.
DRY TIME:
Every time will be affected by environment, temperature and humidity level. The encapsulant will be dry to the touch in 1 hour at 70°F with 50% relative humidity.
CLEAN UP
Clean spray equipment and tools with soap and warm water prior to product drying. Dispose of waste following all Local, State and Federal Regulations. Follow all Local, State and Federal Regulations concerning the abatement,
removal and disposal of Asbestos
