Sentinel 317 Multi-Purpose Cleaner & Degreaser is a powerful, biodegradable, alkaline, water soluble cleaner & degreaser designed for a wide range of cleaning applications. Excellent for all types of abatement, remediation, and restoration cleaning such as fire/water damage, odor mitigation, general cleaning and degreasing as well as cleaning up residues after ooring adhesive/mastic removal. Highly concentrated, it can be diluted for simple soils and used up to full strength for the toughest carbon & soot build up, greases and oils. Sentinel 317 aggressively cleans both organic and inorganic soils.

USE CONDITIONS
Read directions and review Safety Data Sheet before using this product. Test in a small, inconspicuous area to ensure surface compatibility and colorfastness.
DILUTIONS:
Light Soils: 4 – 6 ounces of 317 per gallon of water
Medium Soils: 8 – 10 ounces of 317 per gallon of water
Heavy Soils: 12 – 14 ounces of 317 per gallon of water
Extreme Soils: 16 – 20 ounces of 317 per gallon of water
GENERAL CLEANING DIRECTIONS:
Mix desired concentration of Sentinel 317 with one (1) gallon of water. Apply with all types of manual and automatic sprayers, sponges, cloths, or mops depending on cleaning process and needs.
Allow to soak for 1-5 minutes. For best results agitate the surface with a brush or spongs and wipe off or rinse with clean water.
ASPHALT ADHESIVE REMOVER RESIDUE:
Mix eight (8) ounces of Sentinel 317 with one (1) gallon of hot water. Pour mixture on the floor to be cleaned. Use a broom, manual stripper pad, or rotating fl oor scrubber with stripper pads
to scrub the floor until clean. Wash and rinse the floor with clean water, changing the water as needed to ensure a clean surface. Allow to dry for at least 24 hours and test moisture levels before reflooring.
